Concepts for an Italian company who produce salami, chorizo and other cured meats. The company is based in Sant Angelo Del Pesco in the mountains of northern Italy and their recipes have been handed down through the Lalli family for generations. Now, with the help of an EU grant, they're starting to export across Europe.
